Cake with soft nut : Djouzia
– 125 g margarine
– 3 tablespoons icing sugar
– 2 egg yolks
– 2 tablespoons ground walnuts
– Flour as needed
– 150 g margarine
– 150 g of granulated sugar
– 2 eggs
– 200 g flour
The decoration :
– 250 g of chocolate glaze
– 100 g of white chocolate chips
– 100 g of walnuts
1) Prepare the ingredients.
2) The batter: Beat margarine and sugar ice cream then add the egg yolks and mix.
3) Add the ground nuts and vanilla.
4) Pick up the dough with flour.
5) The frangipane: beat granulated sugar, eggs and margarine mixer until volume doubles. Add nuts and flour until a dough.
6) Roll out the dough, cut circles and line the tart pans.
7) Using a spatula garnish m frangipane tart funds, cook until gilding, cool and unmold.
8) Melt chocolate in double boiler and dip the tartlets.
9) Garnish with walnut kernels at the center and with white chocolate chips around.
