Jam recipe apricot and plum

Preparation time: 20 min                               Cooking: 6 min

 

For 6 to 7 500 g jars

1 kg of apricots
1 kg plums
1.750 kg of granulated sugar
1 know gelling agent for jams
Wash and stone the fruit, cut into halves or quarters depending on their size.
Put them in the pan add 2 cups of water, pour the gelling know to jam and stir.
Boil 1 minute over high heat, stirring constantly.
Add the sugar, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes at a rolling boil, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, remove, put in jars and cover immediately.
