Tajine of kabab Ouzouh
For 4 people

• 1 kg of meat
• 500 g tomatoes
• 1 onion
• ½ cup olive oil
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• ½ teaspoon pepper
• 1 tablespoon red pepper
• Salt
• 1 bunch parsley
• 1 bunch coriander
• 4 eggs
In a pot, sauté the meat cut into small cubes, onion and a little oil. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, cook the tomatoes with a little salt, cumin, pepper, red pepper and oil. Then add the tomato meat sauce. Then put the eggs and cook 2 minutes. Serve hot.
